We only collect the details you share with us to place an order, such as your name, phone number, email and delivery address. We use them only to confirm your order, arrange delivery and reply to your messages. We never sell your information or share it with anyone except the courier delivering your saree. Shipping
We ship across India. Orders are packed and dispatched once payment is confirmed, and we share the tracking details with you on WhatsApp or Instagram. Delivery time depends on your location and the courier. Pre-order sarees ship on the timeline mentioned for that saree.
Returns, Refunds & Terms
Every saree is handpicked and available in limited pieces, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please check the colour, fabric and details before ordering. We're happy to send extra photos or a video on WhatsApp. Colours may look slightly different in person because of screen and lighting settings. If there is a problem with your parcel when it arrives, message us right away with photos and we'll do our best to help. Placing an order means you agree to these policies. Questions?
